The Naxon Group is a new kind of hospitality company.  We are founded by operators who have a desire to create hospitality driven properties whose strengths are achieved through their uniqueness to the market and community they serve. Our work includes hotels, venues, waterparks, resorts, restaurants and bars  and any other business that works to create one of a kind guest experiences. 
 
Our company looks for owned opportunities, we work with developers & real estate holders on creating brands and properties for their ownership teamed with our management expertise as well as consult on projects in both the short and long term. 

We can create full management proposals for the day to day operations of your property and strategy or focus consulting efforts around sales, marketing, operations or other areas of need. Each plan developed is as unique as our clients. .
