Woven Studios is an experiential event production and strategic facilitation agency. We build the physical environments where systems change happens.

Operating under The Nest — a cultural strategy project dedicated to building power with QTBIPOC leaders and impact-driven organizations—Woven Studios is the dedicated agency arm that turns visionary ideas into meaningful in person/in community experiences. We collaborate with movement leaders, foundations, and socially rooted founders through immersive, highly curated physical gatherings.

We know that when organizations come together to do vital work, leadership shouldn't be bogged down by logistics. We absorb the entirety of the operational burden.

Our core services include:
-- Full-Service Event Production: End-to-end logistical management for multi-day retreats, national convenings, and intimate VIP dinners.
-- Event Identity & Digital Campaign OR Digital Event Ecosystems: Crafting the digital footprint for your gathering, from bespoke event branding and custom registration websites to cohesive social media campaigns that drive attendance and amplify the in-person experience.
-- Environmental Design: Bespoke venue curation and space design that reflects your specific values and aesthetic.
-- Strategic Facilitation: Holding space for complex, translocal movement building, alignment, and shared governance.
-- Ecosystem Coordination: Vetted, culturally aligned vendor sourcing, including culinary partnerships and A/V teams.

Culturally-rooted | People-centered | Impact-driven. We nurture radical possibilities.
