The Next Word is a forward-thinking consultancy dedicated to helping educators, universities, government agencies, and private organisations harness the power of artificial intelligence. Founded by seasoned educators and AI advocates Matthew Esterman and Nick Jackson, we offer expert guidance on integrating AI to enhance learning, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Our Services:
1. AI Integration: We help schools, universities, and organisations assess their readiness and develop tailored strategies for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with their goals and maintaining data privacy and security.

2. Professional Development: Our workshops and training empower educators and leaders to confidently use AI tools, from classroom applications to institutional strategies.

3. Leadership Workshops: Equipping leaders with the knowledge to foster an AI-positive culture and guide their institutions through digital transformation.

4. Research and Policy Development: We work with clients to develop policies that ensure responsible and effective use of AI while conducting research on its impacts, particularly in underserved communities.

5. Community Engagement: We demystify AI for parents and professionals, educating them on how AI can support learning and decision-making.

Our Vision:
We believe in AI’s transformative potential for personalised learning, operational efficiency, and inclusion. Our goal is to empower schools, universities, and organisations to use AI ethically, ensuring it enhances rather than replaces human intelligence.
