The NiVACK Group is a strategy-execution architecture firm. We help complex organizations design the operational capabilities required to deliver their strategy.

Most strategies don't fail because leaders choose the wrong direction. They fail because the organization lacks the architecture to execute. We design that architecture across five layers, the SEA Stack: Strategy, Operating Model, Governance, Capabilities, and Execution System.

We work with CPOs, COOs, CFOs, and transformation leaders in large and public-sector organizations. We start with a short diagnostic, not a long proposal, and we build capability inside your team rather than dependency on us.

The firm was founded in 2019 by Nick Gunn, former SVP of Global Corporate Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was accountable for $20B in spend and 1,500 people across procurement, real estate, and operations. That operating experience is the discipline we bring to every engagement.

NiVACK is family-built and senior-staffed. You work with experienced operators, and we stay until the work delivers results.

Strategy doesn't fail from bad direction. It fails from missing execution architecture. That's the problem we solve.
