The NLP Group is a premier Chicago based Executive Search Firm. We advise clients on national and international senior and executive level searches focusing on functional roles including sales, marketing, HR, operations, analytics, finance, etc. We work with companies of all sizes, from Start-up to Fortune 50, in the following Business Verticals: Manufacturers, Media, CPG, Research, Technology, Retail, Food Service, Industrial Services, Healthcare, Consultants, Auto, etc.

Our approach is to take a deep dive into our client's business so we can fully understand the variables beyond their product or services, with an emphasis on culture, work environment and personality traits of the company's most successful employees. Then, combining this information with the specific skill-set for the role, we utilize our sourcing techniques to find the most highly qualified individuals for the position.

We believe that less is better, so we only present candidates that have completed our detailed, multi-step interview process, and thus we save our clients valuable time by not having to consider numerous candidates for the roles they entrust us to work on. At the same time, our direct approach keeps our candidates from wasting their time in pursuing positions that are not an appropriate match. A win-win-win for our clients, the candidates and The NLP Group!

This approach has allowed us to continue to grow our business with nearly 100% of our clients being referral based. Interested in learning more, just reach out so we can share more about The NLP Group.
