The Nod Inc. is Canada's first vertically integrated tech ecosystem built for Black business growth. 
 
We operate three arms: 
The Nod App (social commerce marketplace), The Nod Media (editorial 
platform), The Nod Foundation (accelerator & capital infrastructure). 

In 2026, we are executing a 10-city Real Black Friday National Tour, putting 60 Black-owned businesses live on The Nod App in every Canadian city we enter, generating the first real-time 
economic dataset of Black commerce in Canada.
