At Nova Group, we specialise in providing temporary staffing solutions to nurseries across the UK.

We understand the everyday challenges nursery managers face, last-minute absences, unpredictable ratios, and the pressure to maintain consistent, high-quality care.

Whether you need emergency cover for the next day or ongoing long-term support, we supply reliable, fully vetted early years professionals who are ready to step in and support. Every practitioner is DBS-checked, experienced, and matched to your setting with care.

We work with individual nurseries and multi-site groups, offering both ad-hoc support and fully managed recruitment services - including Master Vendor models for larger operators.

If you're having any of the same challegnes as the rest of the market, we would love to hear from you.
