The Nowlin Group is a leadership development consultancy built on one belief: pressure does not create leaders. It reveals whether their foundation was strong enough to endure it.

Founded by Alisha Nowlin, a 15+ year Boeing defense industry veteran, ICF-certified coach, and Maxwell Leadership-certified professional, The Nowlin Group exists to build formidable leaders who refuse mediocrity.

We do not teach leadership theory. We teach what actually works when the stakes are high and the margin for error is zero. Our approach was forged in defense manufacturing facilities, in boardrooms where a wrong call cost millions, and in a horse pasture where orphaned foals taught us that trust, presence, and emotional regulation are not leadership concepts. They are survival skills.

Services include:

- Executive Coaching
- Organizational and Team Development
- Leadership Intensives
- DISC Behavioral Assessments
- Executive Mastermind (Coming 2026)
- The Formidable Leader Checklist (Free leadership self-assessment)

Whether you lead a team of 5 or an organization of 5,000, if you are ready to close the gap between the leader you think you are and the leader your team experiences every day, we should talk.
