Patrick C. serves as the Vice President of Development at The NRP Group LLC since February 2024, overseeing multifamily development projects across New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Prior experience includes roles in acquisitions and development at RMS Companies from January 2019 to January 2024, consulting at RoeCo Holdings LLC from January 2017 to December 2018, and acquisitions and development at Greenwich Development Partners, LLC from June 2015 to November 2016. From May 2011 to May 2015, Patrick worked as an associate at CBRE, contributing to the New York Institutional Group led by Jeffrey Dunne. Patrick holds a BA in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Economics and a minor in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of Connecticut, completed in 2011.
