Matthew Gray

Matthew Gray is a Systems Engineer at Cochlear, leveraging a diverse background as a Mechanical Engineer and Medical Scientist in the biomedical industry. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), a Bachelor of Medical Science, and a Diploma of Professional Practice from the University of Technology Sydney, they have developed skills in medical devices, mechanical engineering, public speaking, and teamwork. Previously, they held roles such as Process Engineer and Biomedical Engineer, where they specialized in medical device management and manufacturing processes. Currently, Matthew is also a Board Observer with The Observership Program, focusing on governance training and board observation.
