Will Pearson

Will Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2018. From 2013 to 2016, they held various positions including Deckhand at Burgess, Intern - Solutions at Scatec ASA, and Intern - Product Development at K8 Industridesign, where they specialized in innovative, ergonomic, and sustainable consumer products. In 2016, they joined Ocean Bottle as Founder & Co-CEO, where they enabled individuals to have a global impact on the plastic crisis, funded collection of 1000 ocean-bound plastic bottles, and set up long-term recycling infrastructure for plastic collection. From 2013 to 2016, they were also part of the Sales Team at Anton Sport, where they sold and tested running shoes, bicycles, skis, and other high tech outdoor clothing & equipment.

Will Pearson attended Oslo International School from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a High School degree through the International Baccalaureate. Will then attended the University of Exeter from 2013 to 2016, where they studied BEng Mechanical Engineering & Management. Finally, they attended the London Business School from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a Masters in Management.
