The One Development develops meaningful living environments where living, working and meeting come together with respect for people, city and nature.

The One Development focuses on mixed-use development: redevelopment, densification and new-build in urban environments. With in-house expertise in concept development, brand development, mobility, process management and financing, we move every project forward: from vision to successful realization.

We develop holistically, based on shared values with like-minded partners and always with broad support from the surrounding community. Our approach combines 'design by nature', sustainable mobility and innovative service solutions to strengthen cities from within or to create a new place.

The result: optimal social, ecological and economic value.

The foundation of our development is creative and craft-based work. Local businesses are involved in every project, ensuring that the value we create is also embedded locally. Whether it concerns the transformation of cultural heritage, the revitalization of industrial and business areas or targeted urban densification: each location is approached in a way that fits its character and context.

The Opus is the new urban living concept of The One Development where living, meeting and connecting come to life. A place where vitality forms the foundation, where community is not a marketing term but a daily reality, and where the balance between privacy and connection is carefully designed and maintained.

The concept revolves around hybrid living: an optimal balance between private, shared and public. Private residences in a range of sizes and price categories form the core. Around them are shared spaces. Places to meet, dine together, exercise and work. And public amenities, such as cultural programming and hospitality, connect residents with the neighborhood and the city.
