Our hybrid model blends a four-part online course in global competency with personalized, one-on-one virtual mentorship from professionals who’ve worked across cultures, companies, and continents. 

Students & Recent Grads—Gain real-world skills, confidence, and global perspective—while creating a personal brand that stands out to employers. You’ll complete a short online certificate in global mindset and get matched with a mentor who offers support on resumes, interviews, career planning, and navigating today's work environments.

Mentors (Global Gurus)—Use your global experience to make a difference and enhance your professional brand. Volunteer as a mentor and join an elite network of professionals committed to growing the next generation of diverse, adaptable leaders. Mentors connect 1:1 with students and help shape future-ready talent.
