The Ops Con exists for one reason: to help people move from service into civilian life with clarity, confidence and direction.

Leaving the military, police or emergency services can feel noisy and overwhelming. Conflicting advice, unclear routes, too many voices and not enough honesty. We aim to cut through that.

We act as a lighthouse for those transitioning into private security, hospitality, professional driving and related operational fields, including surveillance, intelligence, emergency medical response and work in complex or hostile environments. We also support those who choose a different path entirely, whether that is corporate, technical or entrepreneurial, through practical coaching and CV support that actually reflects who you are and what you bring.

The Ops Con is built on collaboration, not competition. We bring together operators, employers, trainers and mentors who believe that shared experience and straight talking create better outcomes.

There is no single “right” route after service. But there is always a clearer one when people work together.

You are not starting again. You are carrying skills, judgement and experience that matter. Our role is to help you translate that into a future that makes sense.
