Osborne is committed to transforming lives, communities, and the criminal justice system through:

- Direct services and programs in five community sites—in the Bronx (our headquarters), Brooklyn, Buffalo, Manhattan, and Newburgh—and more than 30 prisons and jails, designed and proven to transform individuals, families, and communities. 

- Policy advocacy, training, technical assistance, and testing new approaches through the Osborne Center for Justice Across Generations (OCJAG), and our coalitions and partnerships, designed to transform the criminal justice system.

The Program and Community Development team at Osborne Association works to design, implement, and evaluate programs that aid in the transformation of individuals, families, and communities affected by the criminal justice system. This team manages grants, analyzes data to improve service delivery, liaises with community partners, and conducts outreach to ensure that programs are effectively meeting the needs of the communities they serve. Through their efforts, they support Osborne's mission of justice, equity, and sustainable change.
