Inspired by traditional Mongolian forms and reimagined through modern design and engineering, our yurts combine globally sourced materials with a belief that meaningful spaces don’t have to follow the conventional construction path.

The Out Factory designs and manufactures luxury, all-weather yurts in Bangalore, shipping globally to resorts, glamping destinations, farms, and private properties. Often compared to prefab cabins, modular buildings, and container structures, our yurts offer a lighter, faster, and more experiential alternative to conventional prefab and permanent construction.

Installed in approximately 72 working hours, TOF yurts help hospitality operators add rooms quickly, reduce site disruption, and reach revenue sooner. They perform reliably across diverse climates and terrains while delivering calm, luxurious interiors designed for real use.

Today, you’ll find our yurts on riverbanks, in forests, at boutique resorts, wellness retreats, and in backyards. They function as resort suites, glamping units, studios, spas, yoga spaces, and hospitality rooms that balance experience with efficiency.

We ship worldwide, with a majority of our projects headed to the US, the UK, Canada, and Australia. Watching them become someone’s favourite room or a high-performing hospitality space never gets old.
