What started as a small gaming podcast among friends has evolved into The Outerhaven Productions, an independent media outlet dedicated to gaming and geek culture. Our mission began with a simple idea from our Editor-in-Chief, Keith Mitchell: to celebrate geek culture through a BIPOC lens, giving a voice to diverse perspectives in the gaming and entertainment world.

Over the years, The Outerhaven has grown from a passion project into a full-fledged publication covering video games, anime, manga, comics, technology, TV, and film. We provide news, reviews, and podcasts, and regularly cover major events like PAX East, IndieCade, and New York Comic Con.

Our journey has been powered by a love for the culture we represent and the amazing community that supports us. Whether you read our articles, listen to our podcasts, or watch our videos — thank you. Your support inspires us to keep creating, keep improving, and keep shining a light on the stories that matter most to fans.
