The Overflow NC Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit located in Morganton, NC, founded by Jared Harbison.

Our Mission: A place where seeds of purpose are planted through self-discovery, skills acquisition, service, and spiritual development.

Our Vision: Many males—whether boys, teens, or adults—struggle to find a clear sense of direction, build the skills needed to thrive, or lay a strong foundation for personal and spiritual growth. Without the guidance of positive role models and a supportive community, they may feel unfulfilled, overlooked, or disconnected from their true potential. Our vision is to grow a community of empowered and equipped men whose positive impact overflows and transforms the world around them.
