Monte Weis is a prominent entrepreneur and executive with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of the CHIP Alliance since March 2025, and as an Advisory Board Member for Canada's Forest Trust Corporation since January 2024, Weis is also a Founding Partner at THE PAD, which is the first padel club in the 416 area, and Chairperson of the Weis Group, focused on enhancing automotive retail experiences. Previously, Weis held the position of Global Development Director at DSMA, a leading automotive mergers and acquisitions firm, from March 2022 to March 2023.
