The Padel Collective is a Padel Lifestyle Club, a brand-led padel space opening in Q2 2026, featuring five indoor, climate-controlled padel courts, a café with a curated menu, a lounge area, coworking space, changing rooms, an outdoor deck, and a wooden sauna with barrel plunges.

The Padel Collective is a scalable padel hospitality brand with the ambition to open multiple spaces across the U.S. We believe that the future of padel isn’t merely selling court time - it's creating simple, pleasant, transformative, and meaningful experiences on and off the court.

Our Culture
We’re a brand-led hospitality concept cultivating a team that consists of Experience Curators and Hosts. We are a team of ambitious high achievers striving for excellence in delivering an exceptional padel experience to our Guests. We are obsessed with improving and growing the brand and continuously learning from one another. We treat everyone with respect, hold ourselves accountable, and provide constructive feedback to elevate both the team and the Guest experience.
