The Event and Venue Operations team at The Paramount is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all events hosted at the venue. This includes managing audio and video production, providing superior VIP services and hospitality, overseeing ticketing and box office operations, maintaining guest safety with medical support, and delivering excellent customer service. The team works collaboratively to create an exceptional experience for attendees, from the moment they enter the venue until the event concludes.

The Booking Team at The Paramount is responsible for scheduling and securing talent for the venue's events, including concerts, comedy shows, boxing matches, and other special events. This entails coordinating with agents, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a diverse and engaging lineup that attracts and entertains audiences. Team members work closely with Live Nation and Ticketmaster to streamline the booking and ticketing processes.

The Marketing and Branding team at The Paramount focuses on promoting the venue’s events and maintaining its reputation as a top live entertainment destination. This team manages social media channels, orchestrates marketing campaigns, and designs merchandise to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. With a dedicated Social Media/Brand Ambassador, Director of Marketing, and Head of Merchandise, they ensure The Paramount remains a premier venue in the live entertainment industry.
