We’re PaRé—Paulette Lifton and Jonathan Reiner —Emmy-winning talent and literary managers with decades of experience in entertainment. We’ve written, produced, directed, sound-designed, cast, coached, and built careers in every corner of the industry.

But what really sets us apart?
We’re the team that still cares. We believe in raw talent, creative fire, and the people brave enough to chase both. We’re the managers who still show up, who fight for our clients, and who aren’t jaded—because watching talent break through never gets old.

PaRé isn’t management from a distance—we’re in the trenches with you. Here’s what we bring to every career we manage:
Career Strategy That Fits You – No cookie-cutter paths. We design the plan around your goals. Here is what we do!

Audition Prep & Coaching – Personalized, actionable notes to land the gig or ace the pitch meeting. .

Industry Navigation & Business Guidance – Contracts. Deals. Negotiations. Sounds intense, but the biz side doesn’t have to be a buzzkill. We've closed, coached, and conquered, so you can focus on creating while we handle the business like pros with receipts.

Pitching & Packaging – We don’t just pitch – we position. We help shape your pitch, package it for maximum impact, and bring it to the people who can say yes. Then we stay by your side to see it through.

Networking & Visibility – From mixers to meetups, we make sure you’re seen, heard, and remembered.

Brand Development – Because your career is your business, it’s also our business
