Sam Custers

Sam Custers is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at The Park Playground since April 2023, Sam previously held roles including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer at CaptainWork, where significant growth was achieved within the company. As CEO of De Hoorn, a heritage brewery, Sam successfully led the merger of multiple entities and doubled venue capacity. Additional experience includes serving as Head of New Business at Würth Belux NV/SA and Theatre Manager at Kinepolis, where Sam oversaw large teams and implemented innovative customer experience strategies. Sam has also contributed to cultural initiatives as Manager of the Cultural Centre Kraainem. Educational qualifications include studies at Vlerick Business School, Antwerp Management School, and Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
