Nancy Abrams is an experienced Psychometrician Partner at The Partnering Group, where involvement in the Retail and Manufacturer Practices includes advising North American clients on competency model development and application in human resource management since June 1996. Previously, Nancy served as a Consultant at Personnel Management & Measurement from 1981 to 2013, focusing on the development and validation of assessment procedures for various HR applications. Earlier in the career, Nancy worked as a Personnel Psychologist at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from 1974 to 1981, providing technical consulting and training regarding personnel selection to government agencies. Academic credentials include a M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Psychology: Measurement & Evaluation from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Goucher College.
