At The Party Wall Collective, we are dedicated surveyors with a common goal: to disrupt the traditional approach to party wall surveying. We believe that party wall matters are often mishandled, benefiting only the professional bodies and surveyors who administer the Party Wall Act.

Our philosophy is not about rushing to take your money; instead, we prioritise doing what is right by you. Our primary aim is to empower our clients with knowledge, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their party wall issues. We pride ourselves on transparency, and our integrity is non-negotiable.

To disrupt, is to challenge, and we do this all the time. From our website, to our guides, presentations and interactions with other surveyors, we are on the prowl to push and challenge long-held ideas. We believe that more needs to be done to protect the public, and we advocate for professional bodies to confront poor practices within the industry.

Born out of a need to radically raise standards in party wall surveying and eliminate unnecessary fee generation, we are The Party Wall Collective — your trusted partner in navigating party wall matters with care and expertise.
