At the PE Miles Group, we help high-performing technical professionals transition into competent and confident leaders and excel as they grow. We serve corporations and individuals across multiple industries, and our clients range from individual contributors to front-line supervisors to C-suite executives. My sweet spot includes ethnic minorities, women in non-traditional roles, and both aspiring and current leaders in STEM and STEM-adjacent fields. I’m a licensed professional engineer and enjoyed a 30-year career in energy as an executive, leading teams, shaping careers and developing and implementing strategy. We offer a menu of services, and we can also build custom solutions to meet our clients’ unique needs. So, who do you know that might need a great coach or organization consultant?
