The Peninsula Studios preserves and creates the music, ideas and performances that shape the Indian subcontinent.

Founded in 2009, The Peninsula Studios has archived more than 2,000 musicians and 1,000+ field recordings — from Hindustani and Carnatic classical to Punjabi, Rajasthani, Baul and Sufi traditions.

Brains Trust India, the institutional arm of The Peninsula Studios, records conversations with generals, admirals, diplomats and scholars who shaped history from the inside, and turns those conversations into leadership lessons for government, universities and companies. Its flagship programme, Vision to Victory, uses the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War to examine leadership under pressure
— studied at the National Defence College, LBSNAA, the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, the Army War College, the Indian Naval Academy, and the Western and Southern Naval Commands.

The Peninsula Studios also produces Music Theatre (Emperors of Melody, Divas Ke Deewane) and runs FootPrint, a platform for films made by teenagers and young adults. Mast Qalandars, its own live ensemble, grew out of that same search — proof on stage that music changes lives.

We are a National Award-winning content creation house preserving India's cultural memory and institutional knowledge for future generations.
