Through his privately owned consultancy, Peter Tichbon helps companies transform their performance by supplying short term senior food industry expertise. He has experience in FMCG in everything from Blue Chip through to PE/Privately owned companies and works hard to understand businesses by getting under the skin of the organisations he works with, asking smart and often challenging questions to understand the problem they are trying to solve or the results they require, then going on to deliver innovative solutions.

On an interim management basis Peter can also take ownership for delivering results. He has considerable experience of project based roles, from delivery of large capital projects to business transformation, and has management experience in engineering, production management, logistics, sales, e-business, transformation with board level Sales and General Management.

His ability to draw upon hands-on expertise in transformation, with CEO and board level leadership from sales and retail to logistics and operations, makes him stand out in offering clients a “full business” perspective that few others can match.
