The Penny Archive exists for the solo producer who is excellent at growing their book, and probably underwater on the business behind it.

Commission statements piling up until tax season. A chargeback that shows up as a mystery instead of a line item. Case status and license renewals running on memory, sticky notes, and hope.

That's where I come in.
I'm a licensed insurance producer myself, so I'm not translating your business from the outside - I already speak it. I bring that insider fluency, plus a growing certification stack (QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, monday.com Certified, CAPM), to solo captive and independent producers ready to stop being their own back office. I have 12+ years experience inside financial services and insurance with both national carriers and solo/captive reps.

What I build:
📒 Monthly bookkeeping: Commission reconciliation across every carrier you're appointed with, chargeback tracking, and structured reporting your CPA (or a compliance audit) can actually use.
⚙️ Visibility Sprint (monday.com): Case tracking, license renewal reminders, and referral/COI follow-up in one system, documented so it runs without me in the room.

If persistency, chargebacks, or "what did my carrier actually pay me" are questions you'd rather not guess at — let's talk → paige@thepennyarchive.com
