The People Connection is a top tier Financial Placement and Executive Search company with impeccable credentials in this highly focused and niche area.
The company has earned its reputation through a two decade-long track record of consistently delivering only high calibre candidates for the finest financial departments within South Africa's top companies.

The People Connection's management team restricts the level of candidates they consider for placement within their specialist orientation approach. The resultant Preferred Client Philosophy means that they will not work with every company looking for people or with every candidate looking for a job.

As a result, the company has developed a reputation for attracting the most sought after, talented and high calibre financial professionals available in the market today.

"Despite a quality candidate-short market, we still accredit an impressive 96% success rate to our prejudiced selection approach and a specialised recruitment technique that generates a candidate flow of a much higher calibre than clients would be exposed to through other recruiting methods."

This top tier quality selection approach means that The People Connection attracts high profile clients, clients who are only too delighted by the fact that TPC provides them with access to only the best possible middle-to-senior professionals within the fields of finance and accounting.

The company maintains a select group of blue-chip clients with whom it has established long-term partnership relationships, clients in turn respect TPC's knowledge base, so much so that a large portion of its business is referral based.
