The People Space helps HR and people leaders make sense of what’s changing at work – and decide what actually matters.

We're an editorial platform and advisory brand focused on the future of HR, work and leadership, with a clear point of view: progress happens when people and technology are designed to work well together.

Our work is grounded in journalism, research and real-world practice. We don’t chase hype or recycle headlines. We focus on the shifts that genuinely affect how work gets done and what HR leaders need to do differently as a result.

You’ll find insight and commentary on:
• AI and emerging technologies in HR
• Job and skills reinvention
• Leadership, culture and organisational design
• Trust, ethics and human-centred work
• Productivity and new ways of working

What we do:

• The People Space Digest
A high-trust, bi-monthly briefing for senior HR and people leaders who want perspective, not noise.
• Insight & commentary
Original articles, interviews and analysis at thepeoplespace.com
• Podcast – Work’s Not Working… Let’s Fix It
Conversations with thinkers and practitioners shaping how work is changing – and what comes next.
• Essential Guides
Practical frameworks and tools to help HR teams act on complex topics such as job reinvention and AI-augmented work.

Who this is for:

Our audience includes CHROs, HR directors and senior people leaders who want to stay credible, relevant and influential as work changes.
They’re not looking for quick tips or trends for trends’ sake. They want clarity, evidence and ideas they can actually use.

What people say:

“I just saw your latest review of emerging ideas… excellent as always. You have a knack of highlighting emerging trends in useful ways.” Dave Ulrich, professor, Ross School of Business
