The Performance Institute is a multidisciplinary healthcare and performance organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional physiotherapy, exercise physiology, sports medicine, and allied health services to the Inner West community.

Our team combines clinical expertise with evidence‑based practice across physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dry needling, massage, sports performance, sports science, nutrition and education. We’re committed to helping people recover faster, move with confidence, optimise their health, and perform at their best.

Located inside BodyFit Marrickville, our clients benefit from access to a full commercial gym equipped with state‑of‑the‑art training and rehabilitation facilities—supported by clinicians who understand both health and high performance.

We also provide clinical supervision and professional development for physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, supporting the next generation of clinicians to grow, refine their skills, and deliver outstanding care.

If you’re based in Marrickville or the surrounding Inner West, we’d be proud to be your trusted allied health team.
