Dan Roe, CPA, is a leadership coach and culture consultant at The Perk, where they offer high-impact coaching services to optimize business and company culture. Previously, Dan served as the VP of Finance & Human Resources at Mobile22 and held multiple assurance roles at KMA Bodilly CPAs and RSM US LLP, focusing on financial management and operational efficiencies. Currently, they are also a managing member of the New Glarus Hotel and pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Accounting at Purdue University, along with a degree in International Business from the University of New South Wales.
