Steph Llano

Steph Llano is a Leadership Coach and Organizational Culture Consultant currently at The Perk, where they leverage their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training to guide clients toward their best selves and maximize their impact. They have previously worked in Commercial Real Estate, gaining insights into various company cultures and their influence on office space needs. Prior to their consulting role, Steph held several positions in property management and project management, showcasing their commitment to excellent customer service and organizational effectiveness. They received coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute and became an Inclusion Institute Certified Diversity Practitioner (IICDP). Steph holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
