Colette E. Johnson

Colette E. Johnson, Ph.D., is a dedicated professional with a passion for supporting impact-driven organizations in maximizing operational efficiency and building strong team cultures. They currently lead strategy and operations at Ithaka S+R, focusing on diverse strategic and operational projects. With over a decade of experience in executive leadership, they have previously held roles at various educational institutions, including serving as a Professor of Practice at Virginia Tech and collaborating with senior executives on organizational strategy. Colette earned their Ph.D. from Princeton University, where their research explored the cultural history of child developmental psychology. They also actively contribute to alumni engagement as a board member of the Association of Princeton Graduate Alumni.
