Dan Simoneau

Dan Simoneau has a diverse background in leadership and program development within the sports and executive search industries. Currently serving as a volunteer at The Phoenix since April 2021, Simoneau focuses on creating a sober active community in Bend and Central Oregon. From December 2008 to March 2021, Simoneau revitalized the Nordic Program at Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation, transforming it into a nationally elite club with over 150 skiers and 25 coaches. As President and Owner of Pangaea Resources from June 2004 to December 2008, Simoneau established a data-driven model for executive search in the banking sector. Earlier roles at Timex from June 1994 to June 2003 included Brand Manager and various managerial positions, where Simoneau drove innovation and product development across multiple lines. The career began as Cross Country Brand Manager at Raichle Molitor / Fischer Skis from 1988 to 1993, where market leadership was achieved for Fischer Nordic skis. Dan Simoneau holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon.
