Eric Sax is an experienced project manager and consultant with a diverse professional background. Currently, Eric serves as a Project Manager in the Office of Employee Engagement & Advancement for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, focusing on the implementation of the Paid Family Medical Leave law and a new Learning Management System. In addition, Eric volunteers as a CrossFit Coach for The Phoenix, a Boston-based nonprofit. As a real estate agent with Thread Real Estate since 2012, Eric has complemented a prior tenure at Tufts Health Plan, where responsibilities included creating operational playbooks and improving revenue opportunities for Medicare/Medicaid products. Earlier experience at PwC involved asset management benchmarking and process improvement for major financial institutions. Eric holds a BA in Government from Harvard University.
