Mike Britton

Mike Britton, SHRM-CP, has over 15 years of experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a People Operations Business Partner at The Phoenix since May 2008. Previous roles at The Phoenix include Senior HR Compliance Manager, Operations Manager - HR, Together Families Recover Project Manager, Program Manager, and Volunteer Outreach Coordinator/Instructor. Prior to this, Mike Britton worked at Mental Health Partners from May 2003 to May 2008 as a Volunteer Wraparound Outreach Coordinator and Mental Health Worker. Mike Britton holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
