Currently serving as a Multi-Unit Franchise Owner at The Picklr, Weiland oversees operations for one of the fastest-growing indoor pickleball franchises in the U.S. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales at Xenesis, Weiland co-founded a space-based startup and successfully built a $500M sales pipeline. With a proven track record in SaaS and AI at Swimage, and significant achievements in revenue generation and team leadership at OAG, Weiland combines entrepreneurial expertise with a strong background in commercial and operational strategies. An alumnus of Northern Illinois University, Weiland holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a focus in Economics.
