Tom Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in accounting, project management, and digital transformation. Starting as a Graduate Accountant at Lehman Brothers in 2003, Tom progressed through roles at LBHF, Vega, and Barratt Homes, ultimately leading to a significant position as Head of ICS Academy and Candidate Services at Independent Clinical Services from 2007 to 2020. During this tenure, Tom developed a career pathway in senior management while collaborating across diverse divisions and enhancing organizational processes. Currently serving as Digital Transformation Director at The Placement Group PLC since April 2020, Tom is dedicated to driving innovation and improving operational efficiency.
