The Playbook is an award-winning mental health sports tech company.

More than 50% of elite athletes report symptoms of depression & anxiety so severe that they struggle to function, let alone perform. The Playbook™ is a data-driven sports tech platform that helps competitive organizations prioritize safety and athlete well-being.

The Playbook app addresses the gap in evidence-based, scalable mental health tech solutions in elite competitive sports. Our B2B SaaS platform tracks athletes' well-being daily, offering real-time analysis for teams. It provides visibility into mental health, allowing organizations to respond quickly when an athlete's scores enter the Red Zone, indicating an unhealthy range. Player safety and well-being are our top priorities.

The Playbook’s competitive advantage lies in its evidence-based, data-driven approach to mental health, using validated assessments to track mental health metrics over time. Developed by licensed mental health and medical providers with deep expertise in the sports ecosystem, our platform offers actionable insights and real-time alerts for risk mitigation. Patent-pending and proprietary, we fill a critical gap where resources are often scarce.
