We are the football industry's leading consulting & education company when it comes to Player Care, offering a unique audit/benchmarking service, mentoring, recruitment and football's favourite course - the 'Certificate in Player Care'.

We believe that making a positive experience for the athletes & the organisation will lead to a growth in player retention, increased buy-in and long term lower costs when the athletes and their families find their home in your organisation. A positive experience for clubs will eventually lead to increased ROI through player appearances, loyalty from the athletes and a better team spirit.

We believe in honesty, openness, and trustworthiness in everything we do. All our processes expressly forbid our staff from any sort of commissions, kickbacks or freebies for the work they do – a vetted, approved-supplier list will prevent so many of the “cowboy” companies or price gougers that seek to take advantage of athletes these days.

We are championing a new, qualitative, data driven method of tracking athlete happiness & wellbeing that will allow you to measure the effectiveness of your Player Care offering, while also getting the athletes to buy in to and drive the improvement themselves.
