Steve Hays

Steve Hays is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and sales across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Plex since January 2023, Hays previously held the position of Outside Sales Representative at Dunn-Edwards Corporation from April 2019 to January 2023. Hays has a diverse background, including roles such as Global Logistics Manager at Kali Protectives, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating shipments and inventory management for multiple regions, along with sales management in the California market. Additional experience includes sales and operations roles at Ace Hardware, People and Planet, Graybar, and Rexel, along with foundational experience as a Counter Manager at Graybar.
