Lance Snider has over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry. Lance served as the Vice President at The Plus Group from September 2002. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director and Partner at Staffing Plus. In 2008, they became a partner at Abacus Rex. Lance also has military experience, having served as a Captain in the US Navy from 1987 to June 2017. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles at Snelling Personnel Services and Olsten Health Services.
Lance Snider earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business from the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University. Lance attended from 1982 to 1987. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Illinois Chicago, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategic Management and Human Resources. Lance studied at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1993 to 1996.
