J Frederick is a seasoned marketing communications professional currently serving as Chief Creative Officer at The Point Group since 2020, where leadership encompasses award-winning creative, digital, media, production, PR, and account teams. Prior to this role, J Frederick was the Executive Creative Director at Quad from 2017 to 2020, overseeing creative and integration efforts for a $3B publicly traded company. Additionally, J Frederick founded RD&F Advertising in 2002, successfully growing the boutique agency to become one of the largest in the region. Education includes a BA in Advertising, English, and Math from Texas Tech University, as well as attendance at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
