Prior to this role, Barb operated as a Senior Project Manager for MultiCare Health System from January 2008 to March 2011, managing a $23 million project to implement Epic products at Good Sam Hospital, aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and standardization across platforms. Barb holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Portland Community College, obtained between 1981 and 1984.
