We are The Pool Boys!  No, not like swimming pool boys (although we are thinking of putting out a calendar... stay tuned!).  Our goal is to help companies address employee engagement and retention issues by facilitating tailor-made sports pools, and creating a unique experience that will lead your employees to become more connected and engaged in your work environment.

Businesses in today's economy face the unique challenge of trying to tie-together their networks of employees: siloed departments, fully-remote employees, flex schedules, satellite offices, and solo contributors located around the globe. Okay, it's not exactly that simple, but office pools are one piece of a much larger pie that can really impact your employee engagement!  And The Pool Boys take the traditional office pool to the extreme!  Your employees with laugh, cackle, finger-point, and spit out their coffee at our creative custom content (written and video) that shouts-out and trash-talks pool participants.  We also create custom awards for various achievements throughout the event, and we cap the experience off with a custom trophy/belt/ring.
