Katherine Lynch

Katherine (O'Donnell) Lynch is a founder, strategic operator, and fractional COO with a background in building mission-driven and growth-stage organizations. They served in the US Navy from 2010 to 2012 as an Officer of the Deck and Electrical Officer, earning the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for their leadership during high-risk operations. They continued their military career as a Lieutenant and Flag Aide to the Chief of Naval Personnel, where they significantly impacted Navy policy and personnel programs. Katherine co-founded and served as COO at Ness, launching a health and wellness credit card, and is currently the Fractional COO at The Post and founder of Vamos Racquets. They hold a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University and are pursuing a Master of Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley.
