Kyle Menendez, CPCU, ARe, AAI, is the Managing Director and Head of US Property at Howden Re. They previously held positions such as Programs and Research Supervisor at Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company, where they grew written premiums through innovative marketing strategies. With a background in strength and conditioning coaching, Kyle has also contributed to the lacrosse community as a player and writer. Educated at institutions such as Stevenson University and Harvard Business School Executive Education, Kyle continues to leverage their expertise to drive exceptional customer service in the reinsurance and insurance market.
