Matthew Mooney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive search and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Founding Member at The Post since February 2023, Mooney also holds the position of Immediate Past Chair and Executive Committee Member at the Arthritis Foundation, contributing significant leadership since January 2015. Previously, Mooney was a Partner and Co-President at ON Partners, where business strategy and innovation were implemented from February 2015 to April 2025. Mooney also served as Managing Director at MPI Eden from April 2009 to February 2015 and held key roles at Russell Reynolds Associates, leading the Communications and Convergence Practice in the Americas, and recruiting senior executives in technology firms. Early career experiences include positions at Korn/Ferry International and Ray & Berndtson. Mooney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Christian University between 1989 and 1993.
